Your saying your not over weight now but in time if you keep up this behavior you will be, and its not easy to loose weight! These foods are actually treats to reward yourself. Sure, I can eat that many too, im sure a lot of people can but it doesnt mean we have to, or we should because we can. You can see a nutritionist to see what your calorie intake is and how much you can treat yourself or else you can reward yourself with one of each everyday so you have something to look foward to. And you are right, people get addicted to caffeine the same way as chocolate because believe it or not, chocolate has caffeine in it as well. You need to control this addiction now or else you can be diabetic.

Sounds like you are shaking because you are addicted to the sugar levels you are ingesting. You may only have put on a small amount of weight but like others have said, that's only because you are young. Eat more pasta and rice and if you need to snack, have fruit or veg. May sound boring, but you're eating more crap in one day than I eat in a week - I'm struggling to keep the weight off and I'm mid thirties.

That a heart attack diet - Suggest you watch Supersize Me and look at the effects on his body

As you age this eating routine will be harder to beat and your weight will increase faster than you can imagine.

Try thinking about what triggers this type of eating. Boredom, nervous habit, or is it really hunger? If you feel hunger, try keeping fruits close by as a substitute. Buy a nice water bottle and keep it handy too.

I'm not against chocolate... I love dark chocolate and eat a small piece every day. Bot too much of anything can be harmful.

Sounds like your boredom eating, grab some puzzles when you feel bored and do them also when you feel the urge to eat "junk" try a glass of water first, make sure you have a bowl of cut veggies and fruit in the fridge sounds vile but it works, my downfall is crisps and I can get through 24 packs in a day - good luck

All of these bad fats will start sticking to your arteries, if you carry on eating this way you will have heart problems. Start cutting back gradually, you dont have to cut out altogether. Eat jaffa cakes as they are low in calories and buy crisps that are not covered in bad fats as some are worse than others. Slowly phase out the amount you eat.

Stop. The only reason you are not totally obese is because you are relatively young and have not been doing it long.

You can replace your blood sugar levels by eating complex carbohydrates in the morning and a couple of hours before exercise.

That's oats, pasta, potatoes.

You better start smoking...

You'll live a lot longer and you will also be a lot more fit.

It is the first time I recommend smoking to someone.

But in this case... I think it is the best solution.
You obviously don't eat because you are hungry but because your body is continually craving for something. Food for you is like a drug.
So give it nicotine. It will suppress your appetite and keep you slim.

If you are eating at that rate... your life will be ruined by 35.
Unless you are asthmatic... cigarettes won't start killing you until at least 50.

start cutting down a little bit at a time, you may not be obese at the moment but you WILL be sooner than you think, sort it out before it takes total control, good luck, future tubby person.
