Cover the ring of crust with foil and let it take all the time it needs. The end result is sooooo good!

Cover the crust with a ring of foil when you put the pie in, take it off about 15 minutes before its done. It will not burn and will taste good!

well you need to moderate the temperature depending on the amount of stuffing you have in the pie, i recommend a good pan that conducts heat well so that the stuffing will be cooked evenly and thoroughly in tandem with the crust....

then get some aluminum foil and put it over the crust that shows,,, then it will not get to brown
