The best system is what you can afford and are willing to spend. Typically, the more you spend, the better the sound quality. If you go too cheap, you will not get a deep rich sound. If you go to the higher quality end, you'll spend more, but if your system doesn't have the output to support the system, you won't get the full range of sound.
The best system to buy is what you decide. Everybody has their own opinion. Mine is Kenwood. Great sound quality for the price. Not as great a sound as some of the others, I will admit, but it is what I am willing to spend and gives a sound that is acceptable to me and my family.

The best? Really THE best? Pick from any of these speaker packages:

Dali Ikon 6 Series (£2,250)
Mission Elegante e82 (£2,600)
Miller and Kreisel 850 THX (£3,550)
J.M. Focal Labs 908 (£6,000)
Mordaunt Short Performance (£10,000)
Bowers and Wilkins 803 System (£16,800)

Any of the above will give you a sound experience way ahead of the cheap mass-market stuff.

(Stay well clear of anything from Bose, though - expensive, poorly made and sounds lousy.)

With all due respect to the previous posters...nobody can answer this because every situation is different. What will work well for one person may not work well for another. I would seek out an experienced AV professional and work with them to help determine what will work for you in your room with your acoustics and your budget. No two circumstances are ever alike. I've set up speaker packages that are $50,000 and speaker packages that are $1500 and within the confines of each budget and the limits of each space, they sounded wonderful.

BOSS Brand is better.

If you want to go for cheap one go for SONY or KENWOOD.
The rates are medium and the effect will be really good with sufficient BASS and TREBLE
