I have tried excercises walking etc, no avail!

The pot belly what u can see on your body is the accumulation of unused calorie or adipose tissues. So, merely doing the sit-ups or crunches will not help you at all. Nor the machines for the abs will help you, all those machines in the market are merely a gimmick.

Your primary aim should be reduce the excess fat in the body. So, you have to adopt a total body work out as there is no spot reduction concept in the modern body building.

So, you please combine cardios and strength training you can get the desired flat six packs with the aid of change in your dietary intake.

You have to concentrate on diet which is less in fat and carbs. You shud give an emphasis on Protein intake.

A pot belly can be from to much carbonation or stuffing your self, this stuff causes your stomach to expand and stretch. stop soda beer anything with carbonation and over stuffing. But after you master stopping these habits you gotta work out. don't bother with situps all day every day it might make it pop out more cause the muscles will get bigger under your stomach then it will ad to the size of your stomach so do sit ups but not all day everyday. work your lower back also. what you eat is 80 percent of the cause. working out will only help. not a physician but have been working out for 10 years and i know a lot about health.

Simple steps
Avoid sweets
No carb diet for 10 days 2 days break and repeat
no late nights
no eating late
brteak down meals into nos. but no heavy food for night
dinner at 8:00 pm no carbs only vege and fruits
no alcohol
regular excersize cardio and weight training mix best suited for body type ask instructure.

start stretching, do yoga/pilates, and get an ab routine. also, make sure you eat a proper diet.
