Not that I know of. But have you tried Utorrent, it's a P2P but mostly virus free unless your downloading porn or something. It's a great program to use to download albums.

Youtube has artists putting up there stuff for downloading.
If you want mainstream artists I.E. Madonna, The Rolling Stones Ect and want free downloads of there mainstream stuff then no.
