There is a picture in my office, a photograph, taken of a snowy field, appearing to be a farm. There is a patch of land on the field that is not covered in snow. A group of cattle are standing in this patch. The picture is a series of three photos, but this is the one i am interested in. Where can I find more info on this? I would love a copy for myself

take a snapshot of it without flash just the way it is on the wall ......nothing fancy you just need the essence of the shot..... send it to allposters.com and ask if they know who it is if they do not there are other sites that offer posters and photo images that will eventually tell yoy who it is and then you can work to get a poster of it.... do not, I repeat do not take intellectual property for your own use .... those who make their living as artists struggle extremely hard in this world to make a simple living from their work ...... please do us a favor and respect that doing so cost us a great deal of time and many times pain because we get something that is worth all of the time we spend learning to do what we do and the first thing we see is a copy of it being made by the millions in China !!!!.... you will find your image if you are patient...... you could also send a copy to one of the ten magazines dedicated to photography as well they will all try to help as it is important to support artists in any way possible. thanks for not just stealing that print and putting it on yur wall although you would probably make better use of it at home than where it is now lol

I think you are going to have very great difficulty. However, you could ask if you could remove the photo, hanging in your office, from it's frame to see if there is anything on the back which might lead to an identification - or, indeed, anything on the front which might be hidden by the rebate and which might give a clue. If that doesn't help. you could ask to borrow it and have it scanned and a copy made that way - but, of course, that might be a breach of copyright, depending on how old the photograph is.

Using a digital camera without the flash, take as flush an image as you can of the picture. Don't worry about cropping it in the camera, just get all of the image in it... and keep it square and level. A tripod will probably help a lot.

The higher the MP of the camera the better. Take the image into Photoshop or similar and reproduce it as a digital file. If it is too large for you to print, take the file to Kinko's on disk and ask for it to be enlarged.

If you take the image and send it to me via email... I will Photoshop it for you and send it back. even if the image you take looks bad, I may be able to still fix it for you. NO CHARGE. I am retired and need things to do.

beauxpatrick@yahoo.com or if it is too large for that address, send to beaux@poetic.com.

I will be glad to assist.
