have you a big back garden , then buy her a little lamb, as long as you help her to look after it, and it will keep the grass nice and short, if that´s not possible get her something for her bottom drawer,

Depends on how much you wanna spend. I got my sister (who loves Owls) a pendant with an owl on it (gold) She loves it!! Get a pendant with a sheep on or a charm bracelet with sheep and sporty things dangling off it. Or a toe ring would be nice. If you don't want to spend that much, a stuffed Sheep or PJ's with sheep on would be cute too. Otherwise, how about a subscription to her favourite sporty mag or season tickets to her favourite team? I am sure anything you buy her will make her happy.

get her some jewellery, it will last her for her whole life if she doesnt lose it, maybe a sheep pendant necklace and bracelet, or sheep earrings..
if shes not in to jewellery what about getting her a membership to a gym or something for the whole year.. nah that idea sucks
erm im out of ideas, take her to a field of sheep or something and let her run around..
