Dissolve an aspirin in some water. Apply the solution to the spots. That will dry them and make them go away.

If you are talking about the light brown 'liver' spots, Retin-A totally works, about $160.00 a tube, but worth it. I had a few discolorations on my face (pregnancy does it) and the sun makes it worse too- however, with Retin-A, they are no longer.

wahs your face with seltzer water (soda water) will dry up zits.

acording to MY BIG FAT GREEK WEDDING windex can do wonders for facial blemishes esp zits.
