Because they are the best team in the premiership....plain and simple. Play great football, have a manager with great talent..a team full of great players..great ground...and I have been a Chelsea fan for 20 years or so.

Well, they are a pretty good team, although at times I wonder if I should start supporting Tottenham - who often play good old fashioned footie - but you see - there is a certain cache to supporting Chelsea. I'm a south London girl, so it's natural to support a south London team. I have met John Terry twice in interesting circumstances - once was in a ladies toilet - and he was charming..... really not at all jumped up like i thought he would be. But they do play a great game of football - I have a season ticket, the fans are great - tho a few new songs are needed lads - and the buzz of watching a game live in a stadium is great - you should try it.
but essentially - if you had to strip away all the tactical/technical reasons - and you wanted honesty - most women support Chelsea cos it's like watching the sexy husband you will never have - they are all pretty tasty - one way or another - but JT has a naughty twinkle in his eye I just love. hope that helps.
