If you really love her, take a good care of her. Do not let her go away. Love her as much as you love yourself, or even more. Protect her. Do sweet things for her.
I wish that this girl whom I fall in love with returns my feeling. Now, what I can do is just to show her that I love her and patiently wait for that 'love' to grow. See, many people have to work very hard to be with the persons they love. So, now that you can be with her, take good care of her.

Whatever the first romantic thing that comes to mind. Do something spontaneous like send her flowers where she works at or take her somewhere romantic like a picnic on the riverbanks.

Sounds to me like you are just one more participant in a relationship that will go no where.
