Will the U.K. ever become a Muslim state with mosques replacing all our churches?

Many Brits are becomig uneasy at the rapid encroachment of an alien belief & wonder just what the fututre holds for them & their children.

There are only two million Muslims in the UK, about 3% of the population. Many of them are Muslim in name only. With increasing immigration from the new Christians EU nations, this population is unlikley to rise, as significant amount of those Muslims emigrate back to their land of origin. When Iraq stabalises a lot more Iraqi's will move back also.

So to answer your question no, unless the White Anglo Saxon Protestant (WASP) majority, some 92%, decide to convert to Islam it is unlikley. Though more Wasp's are converting to Islam, but not at a fast enough rate for the nation to become a Muslim state.

No, because despite what you hear, there is an increase in interest towards New age therapies, Yoga, Paganism, aroma therapies etc amongst the average person than any interest in the churches of Christianity, or Islam.
There's more chance of everyone turning Holistic than Islamic.
If you don't believe me, then when was the last time you read your horoscope, or was tempted to have your fortune read.
Just as spring, the new shots of spirituality grow, in a society that now understands the notion of personal spiritual development, unaided by any orthodoxy.
There is little chance for either religion, as they habitually look back into the mists of time, instead of dealing with the present, which is of course, what people need, peace and hope, not dogma and division.
This country could never become an Islamic state, as Islam is even more alien to the principles of secularism than Roman Catholicism, so if Christianity is losing its flock, I cannot imagine people flocking to a more stricter religion.

NO every so called civilised country will be reigned over by a world government ,big brother ,police state .the people being drafted and used as cannon fodder for wars for world domination ,against countrys that are not controlled at this point in time and never will be in a "civilised" way (stealth) .this is starting now and has been planed for over a century and your luckily enough to live in a point in history where they will try to enslave the populous with a good plan that will in the end fail yet millions will die ,unless the general population wakeup.

Islam and protestantism are both detrimental copies of The Catholic Church. The Muslims like the protestants are keen to remove the unique (The Catholic Church) as a fashion to lead them to seem good. The protestants and different non-believers interior the west are probably waiting to hitch the Muslims now. they did everywhere else, for instance from Syria to Spain . If U.K become a Muslim state, no churches will be replaced with mosques. Muslims don't take the rights of others, but they leave them to their creator and he whom will ask them about what they were doing.
That is Islam laws. And if Muslims don't implement what they are ordered to do from God "Allah", sure they will be asked about their deeds, and they are not barred from the hell.
But there is others who replace mosques with.....
For example read the history of Muslims when they entered Jerusalem at the early beginning of Islam, and crusades when it reached Jerusalem, and you will know who do more than what you are saying.

Somehow I doubt that the muslim population of the UK will ever get to the point where it is large enough to do that. And since, at least from the UK Muslims I have known, that is not even anything they have thought about, it doesn't seem to be much of an issue.

I don't know, but I believe there are more sincerely practicing Muslims in UK right now than there are sincerely practicing Christians. How many Christians do you see in the church each Sunday? How many churches sit perpetually empty? I've read that many of the abandoned churches have been adopted as mosques.

I hope not, if we all started to go to our churches, this at least would help. Once, England was Catholic until the Reformation. Then most became Protestant, though still Christian. Things go around in a full circle in time.
