Please! Buy him a computer....I just started surfing the web (I'm disabled and age 60) and it entertains me all day long...don't "overwhelm" him at first with too much information...just give him the very basic information on how to operate the computer and he will learn as he uses it each day...this is part of the fun!

She could in all probability maximum relish a present of a few time. Make a house-made present certificates that supplies between right here: a million - lunch or dinner out with you (purely the two one among you) 2 - a a million/2 day to do in spite of atypical jobs she'd like carried out round her abode 3 - a night out on the flicks with you or something else alongside those lines. If that isn't paintings for you, you may desire to purchase a small potted plant, or some vegetation, and tuck a present certificates in for her community gardening centre. Or, in step with those photos on the wall --- you may desire to purchase her some fancy image frames! wish she has a chuffed day!

ha ha! i think us blokes are hard to buy things for as it is lol!
I'm all out here!
you could introduce him to the world of xbox 360!
or maybe buy one of those activity days in Argos like a day in a rally car or maybe an aerobatics lesson lol!
or you could just give him a bag of worthers original!
on a serious note why not get some photos of him and you through the years and buy one of those picture frames with loads of slots. at that age people like to reflect so it would be like a little tribute that I'm sure he'd appreciate!

The elderly like two things....sleep and food! Buy him some nice fuzzy fleece pajamas and slippers to lounge around in. Or, take him out to dinner for his favorite meal. If he doesn't want to go out, then how about a nice fruit basket, candy, or having something catered in on his birthday?

Don't BUY, give. Give your time, take him out to lunch, just sit and talk and above all LOVE, you will never be sorry be sure to make a memory every time you see him, because someday that is all you'll have because he will be gone. When the time comes, he will leave this earth knowing you love him unconditionally and you will have no regrets.
