my topic for my disaster management project is "school building security"
what should i keep as my cover page?
i also need to make a skit
please give ideas

I'd suggest a simple cover page with the title & your name. You can include a small collage (with pictures of collapsed buildings, students during some disaster etc.) if you prefer. The collage should be simple with a miximum of 4 small pictures. Crop them into a circle or shape them like a school building.

For the skit, build on some idea that involves students using their creativity & disaster management skills to prevent/handle some disaster.
Eg: A few students start a campaign to make their school more disaster resistant. They hold sminars, urge the authorities to improve the infrastructure. Ultimately their efforts pay off when an earthquake strike. The school has minimal damages & the students also help the nearby residents. Later they deside to extend their activities to the community level.

What comes into my mind is: A photo of a dilapidated school building enclosed with wire gates. So, you get that snapshot in front of the gates. Of course, this needs a little bit of expertise in photography and it should be really photogenic, so as to create a profound impact. Then the headline can be like, "Standing still - A dream yet to come true"...

The skit should be humorous because people learn more when it is funny. You can make a skit which tells the story of a group of students inside a school building which discovers that a disaster is going to strike the city in a few minutes. Then, you put a humorous and unexpected ending, such as, "It appears that they have read the wrong Headline News!"

trust me, the cover page should be SIMPLE. just write, i neat, black ink: "School Building Security"
and put ur personal details at the bottom, don't make it too grafitti-like. at most, stick a small picture of a school/damaged building, nothing else... let the inside stuff speak!
for the skit, why not show a skit about how kids in Mumbai are now conducting tehri own surveys to see how their schools are resisitant to a tsunami. talk about the problems, how to fix them, and some immediate steps
