any suggestion?im so skinny and i hate it..i dont have time to go to the doctor.. i want an over the counter vitamins.i really wanna get some meat.. pls help!!!

I'm a medical student in the Philippines. Take Propan. It can make you add weight. Eat faster that your average rate becuase if you eat slowly your stomach would feel full after 20 minutes. So take advantage of the 20 minutes by eating really fast so that you ingest a lot of quantity.

Eat right and exercise. You do not need to take anything for vitamins unless your eating is bad like mostly snacks and sweets.

If you are skinny that is your body constitution. :You are born that way. Not much can be done. Plus you probably will look cute.

Check your BMI (body mass index). Goto Google and type BMI. It is a height to weight measurement. If you are under BMI of 15 then you should read about how to bring it to the healthy levels.
