The original layout of DC was purportedly done so using symbols revered by the Freemasons such as a pentagram and the compass, square and rule. Some theories claim that the forefathers of our country, being Freemasons (also thought to be descendants of the Knights Templar), were actually followers of a Pagan (Satanic) occult. Further, some theories conclude that the evolution of the United States of America is directly associated with the rise of the Anti-Christ. In my studies I have found many relevant coincidences pertaining to history of the U.S., current events and prophecy of the Bible. Although proof will probably never be available, at least not until the end of times, should we as God fearing people consider the questionable clues as signs of the days to come? Considering such films as "The DaVinci Code" and "National Treasure", how can we as citizens of Mankind mindlessly stand by to observe events which prophetically speaking "are soon to pass"? Any thoughts are welcome.

While it's likely that many of the Founding Fathers were Masons, and even possible that the Masons were the direct continuation of the Templars - I'm not so sure that the Templars were non-Christian. Certainly a secret society, with all sort of funky rituals, information revealed to initiates, etc... but they started out as Crusaders. That they had, essentially, a Mystery tradition at most makes them heretics, not apostates.

Did you know the prophesies in Isiah 51 concerning the Messiah were in the very books held by the ones carrying out their fulfillment. The religious leaders gave thirty peaces of gold when it was in their very Bible and they did not realize. I am pretty sure we are gonna feel just as silly when God points out the Revelation and Daniel prophesies that are happening before us. The Freemason thing is very interesting indeed. The scull and bones club is also interesting as well as the Dutch designers of the American money logo. Not that I am saying we have to helplessly watch but we need to be aware that this stuff will happen just as every other prophesy has been fulfilled.

Its kind of ironic that "New World Order" is printed on our currency along-with "In God We Trust". I haven't really studied it though because the only actual quote about free-masonry I could find in over 200 early American history books is one quote by Benjamin Franklin saying that the Freemasons meant no harm to anyone. Images and symbols prove very little to me. I personally want documented facts, not symbols. Symbols are just too close to conspiracy theories for me.

In biblical times, the prophets spoke of the end of times as being almost upon us so nothing so far has made me think ....oh! NOW he's serious. No, I don't think Hollywood is going to save us by giving us cinematic clues to wake us up.
I would think you have made up your mind on something and are simply using what's around you to verify it's truth instead of the scientific method of proving something. DaVinci Code is fictional.

How can we stop what has already been preordained? It tell us in the Bible that these things would happen and they have. Look at all of the atheists who come in here and are "Hell Bent" on making us "See the light" All we can do is prepare ourselves, and try to help them! WE must be on guard for a wolf in sheep's clothing ( the anti-Christ)
