Currently going thru the same thing and am waiting for my appointment with the eye guy. I have had the MRI the CAT scan and all that jazz as I was in the ER as well...........but no one has been able to tell me anything. There are more than one or two things that it could be linked to so I would definately see a doctor to make sure that it is just a migraine disorder and if it is, they will help you develope a prevention plan. Don't wait around and be satisfied with the answers from this, see a doctor, be on the safe side.

Don't wast your time. Try to consult good ophthalmologist and get a opinion. We cannot judge just like that this is due to migraine. There are more reason behind the blind spots vision.

It is normal to see spots prior to having a migraine headache. I was having the same problem and when I explained it to my opthamologist, he said that when you have these vision problems prior to having a migraine, you start noticing things that have always been wrong with your vision... but since you now notice them, they bug you more.

My wife has those exact symptoms and she has been diagnosed as having migranes. There is medication you can take to help prevent them . Hers have gotten so bad that I have had her in the hospital for dehydration twice. They give her a drug called fiorinal . Don't play around. Go see a doctor. We're not doctors in here so you want to make sure there aren't other problems. Besides, those migranes can ruin your life unless you get them under control.

Sounds like a migraine I'd visit your Optomotrist to check your eyesight then your Doctor to confirm a migraine diagnosis. I've migraines myself the biggest thing you can do to help yourself is identify your triggers be it stress, food, alcohol etc and avoid or reduce them.
