Open Start Menu click on My Computer click on Local Disk (C:) Look at Details on left of window should tell you how much free space on disk and total size of disk.

if you open my computer and right click on the c drive and select properties...it will show you a pie chart pertaining to your storage usage..
It is MegaBytes = MB

click on 'my computer'
right click on 'local disk C:'
click on 'properties' this will tell you how many Mb, or Gb of space you have used, and unused

If you go to MY COMPUTER , it will let ann drives on your computer and tell you how much space you have left.
