What u say is true..but not completely
Other waste products contain nitrogen are also produced in abundance.
e.g. urea,uric acid
Non nitrogenous subtances like creatinin are also produced.

yes CO2,H2O,nitrogen,urea are the wastes but infact H2O is not waste because the cells use this water.water is a side product.

Yes, the process is called RESPERATION. Sugars etc are 'burnt' to produce this energy.

it also produces methane. the h2o is not really usable - it's more like a leech than a spring, ya know?
