First thing is go to the doctor. You probably have a sinus problem. If you continue to ignore the problem, it can become complicated and you might need an operation.

I think the sneezing happens because an allergen gets in your nose and sinuses.
They have sinus washes at the drug store. That might stop it .

Use Shatbindu ayurvedic oil, two drops in both the nostrils preferably twice a day for about 3 months.

at first know cause of sneezing it may be a cause of alergy or it is by coldwind or sesanal so take attantion to cause and for relife taka warm drink and stem and use external application only externaly on body

wear warm clothes and drink a glass of hot coffee
if not then before sneezing hold your fist tight and let go

Take good care of yourself. You must be having a serious allergy. Blow your nose regularly. Drink loads of water
