especially chocolates... and really sweet salads...

i eat 8 buiscuits dipped in chocolate a day

i ate them everyday for the past 4 days... since the 24th...

i actually gave those buiscuits away... so i wont be tempted to eat them now... i'm really worried...

i exceed my caloric intake for 4 days straight

walking will not help very much. you will need to diet.

Lot of factors. Age and genes play a factor. Did you eat anything else besides biscuits. One week, you may not gain any weight, but keep on and you look for trouble.

Your asking for trouble for sure with a diet like that. To put on more weight, just eat more carbs.

Everybody does that at christmas. It won't affect you if you're walking in addition.
