replace a 9x13 FOR a 12x18?....are you going from better pan to a smaller pan? if that's the case your pan in all probability won't carry all the batter which a recipe requiring a 12x18 could use. If by probability it did carry the batter the bake time could be prolonged a lot. you may opt to diminish your oven temp. and bake it close to to an hour to get that deep middle baked. in case you're meaning replace a 9x13 pan....WITH a 12x18...then your cake batter would be 0.5 the intensity. I each and every each and every now and then bake truffles this intensity to apply for 7 layer truffles. The bake time could be diverse...i could examine it after quarter-hour...it somewhat does not take it long to bake whilst this is unfolded that skinny.

There are hundreds of pancke varieties but I am giving U only 5 of them

Apple Pancakes

Ingredients for Apple Pancakes
1 tablespoon fat
1 tablespoon sugar
2 eggs
1-½ cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup apples
Cinnamon
Milk
Instructions
Cream the fat and sugar, add the beaten eggs, the flour sifted with the baking powder and cinnamon, and the finely chopped apples.
Then gradually add milk to make a medium batter.
Bake on a griddle as for ordinary pancakes and serve in an overlapping row around a platter of pork chops or serve separately with roast pork, either hot or cold.
Cooked apples or a dry apple sauce may be used with batter in the same way.

Fruit pancake

Ingredients for Fruit Pancakes Recipe
2 cups flour
2 cups milk
2 tablespoons vegetable shortening
2 eggs
nutmeg and salt to taste.
Instructions
Put flour into basin with salt, grated nutmeg and eggs.
Pour milk in by degrees, stirring smoothly; beat it well in order to let the air in, and then let it stand for 1/2 an hour.
This allows starch grains in flour to swell, and so batter is lighter.
When ready to fry, warm the vegetable shortening and pour in, stirring at same time.
Heat some vegetable oil, or more vegetable shortening in a small saucepan, ladle some into a frying pan, when very hot, pour back into saucepan, but do not drain it, then ladle sufficient batter in to cover the bottom of pan, shake it gently over rather a sharp fire, and, when nicely browned, toss it over and brown other side
Turn on to a wire or sieve, sprinkle with sugar and ripe blackberries.
Roll it up, and keep it warm while finishing remainder of batter.
Dish them up on platter, each row crossways to prevent under ones from becoming sodden.
Sprinkle sugar over top and serve.

Banana pancakes

Ingredients for Banana Pancakes Recipe
2 large ripe bananas
1 cup flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
dash of grated nutmeg
1 Tbsp. sugar (or Splenda sweetener)
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil (may be omitted)
Optional

2 additional bananas to slice and serve on top of the pancakes
Maple syrup
Instructions
Mash 2 bananas and set aside.
Blend dry ingredients in a medium sized mixing bowl.
Add banana and wet ingredients to dry ingredients and blend until everything is moist. Batter will appear lumpy.
Use oil or pan spray to lightly coat a frying pan or griddle. Heat the griddle until a drop of water spattered on it sizzles.
Drop spoonfuls of banana pancake batter on the griddle and cook on each side until the pancakes are golden brown, but cooked through.
Note: your banana pancakes are usually ready to flip the first time when you see air bubbles rising in the pancake as it cooks.

Serve your banana pancakes with warm maple syrup and slices of fresh banana. You may also leave the nutmeg and cinnamon out of the batter and garnish with a sprinkling of cinnamon-nutmeg blended with sugar

Apricot pancakes

Ingredients for Apricot pancakes Recipe
1 cup flour
1 egg
1 cup milk
1/2 can apricot
Butter to grease
Instructions
Sift flour into a bowl. Add egg and mix lightly with a fork.
Add milk, mixing constintly until smooth.
Add apricots to mixture.
Put the mixture in a blender and blend for 1 minute or until smooth.
Heat a skillet and add butter. Put the desired amount of pancake batter in the skillet.
Cook for 3 minutes and flip over, until golden on each side.
Serve with maple syrup or a topping of your chooice

French or jelly pancakes

Ingredients for French Or Jelly Pancakes Recipe
3 eggs
1 teaspoon sugar
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
½ cup flour
1 tablespoon shortening
Instructions
Separate the yolks and whites of the eggs.
To the beaten yolks add the sugar, salt and one-half cup of milk.
Stir in the sifted flour, the other half cup of milk, the melted shortening, then fold in the stiffly beaten whites of the eggs.
When eggs are high, use only two eggs and a half teaspoon of baking powder.
Bake on a hot griddle, making the cakes slightly larger than usual.
Spread each cake with tart fruit jelly and roll white hot.
Place all on a platter, side by side, with the lapped edge of the roll touching the bottom of the platter to keep the cake from spreading.
Dredge with sugar and, with a red-hot wire toaster, burn lines on the sugared pancakes.
This gives an attractive appearance and a slight flavor of burnt sugar.
