Please do not recommend me any sites, i have already visited lots of them. Their disadvantage is the lack of modern terminology or very stupid, word-for-word translation. And I need an expert's opinion

Appel entrant is translated "inbound callers" in another location on the web talking about customer service. This english translation has meaning to us so it should be appropriate. In English it would mean we didn't call you, you called us hence an inbound call)
(French = améliorer le service clientèle pour les appels entrants) (English = increasing customer service levels to inbound callers)

Relance telephonique seems to imply by the basic translation "revival telephone" a means of getting in touch with someone over the phone for the purpose of solicitation and enticing them - like telemarketers, customer service people checking on a client, or political candidates seeking to excite the voter and increase turnout in their favor. I gathered all this from the website below which seemed to focus on this subject:

Hope this helped some. Good luck!

I'm not an expert, but I know a few good websites for terminology/translation help that could be of use to you. They are www.granddictionnaire.com and www.proz.com. Proz is a website for professional translators - you can post the words you are looking for in the forum and other translators can reply with suggestions.
