I'm so sorry to hear about your predicament.
Some people are very hard to please, and I'm afraid that she sounds like she may always have something to moan about.
All I would do is smile, be civil when I saw her, but not hold any conversation with her, and carry on a usual with my pet and family.
The key is not to be drawn into any type of discussion with the woman and enjoy your dog.

I'm not sure your neighbour is 'anti-dog', she just doesn't like **** left in front of her house, which isn't unreasonable.
Carry on with your life as usual. Stay pleasant whenever she brings up the matter and tell her you understand the problem, but the deposits are not left by your dog, and you always clean up your dog's mess.
This woman will start staring out of her window 10 hours a day to catch sight of your dog (or anyone elses) doing it's business in front of her house. She'll then see other pets do poop there and feel rather stupid.
My sister was in the same boat as your neighbour. All her neighbours denied their dog was the problem. So she sat and watched for a while, then when she saw who was the problem she scooped up the doodoo and put it back through the dog owner's letterbox. In 4 years no other dog owner has left **** in front of her house...

How is she making your life a misery? If it's words she is throwing at you then ignore her. Do not react to anything she says as that is exactly what she wants you to do. If she knocks on your door then tell her you have nothing to say to her and shut the door. She will soon tire of this game she is playing as she seems to be enjoying your misery. Unless she has proof there is nothing she can do and should she report you then you can just deal with the official and explain the situation if it occurs. Stay calm is the key.
Alternatively, have a chat with some other neighbours who also have dogs or other dog walkers you know and explain the situation. Maybe they can ensure that their dog doesn't mess up the neighbourhood and clean up afterwards.
Good luck!

You need to approach this in a constructive and friendly way, otherwise you will be at each other's throats forever, playing out a scene from a pantomime every time you see each other.
Explain to her that it is not your dog making the mess outside her house, and that you are a responsible owner who cleans up - I hope that part of what you wrote in your question is actually true, though, or you are sunk !!
Provided you do that, there is not much more you can do. If she gets out of hand, all you can really do is suggest she contacts the authorities and let them deal with her.
What is she doing that is making life unpleasant ? She must behave civilly towards you, and not do anything illegal, or you can complain about her to the authorities.

Say, reminds me of anti-smoke ayatollahs. Intolerant people just get even more intolerant these days. Some day, this will break in somethin' ugly, I reckon.
I sympathize, though. I have an old dog-pal and I make a point of showing off to my neighborhood that I clean up whatever traces he leaves behind him, even when I happen to walk him late in the evening. You never know who's observing you behind these dark windows of theirs. Saved the day a couple of times (smile) when I could show a plastic bag under the nose of an unrelenting dog-hater.

If this is a new neighbor and you have been there for ten years you should have already establish a good reputation with everyone else. I would tell her "I know its not My dog and stick it in your ear Lady!" I would even go a step further and be the first one to contact the Authorities. That way if she should go to them they will be aware she is a nut trying to start trouble..................Oh and if there are "hundreds" of other dogs doing it you shouldn't have any problem getting a picture of one in the act. Take that to the authorities too!!!!!!!!

Suggest she hangs about a takes a photo of the offending dog which should clear your dog of the blame. Try being friendly, there is a vague chance you could win her over if you have a friendly dog as they are known to charm birds off trees if they set their mind to it. Otherwise why not walk the opposite way to where she lives. Shame she is missing so much pleasure in life.

First, make sure that it's not your dog that's messing up her pavement! When you take your dog to the park, make sure it's on a lead going by her house. Bring some pooper scoopers just in case...
Make sure your dog doesn't go out unsupervised - or if it's in your yard, that it can't jump over the fence. If it can, sort that out.
Once you're sure it's not your dog, tell her to stop harassing you. Threaten her with legal action if she has no proof.
Good luck. I'd try to nip this in the bud asap!

If this woman is that much of a problem then I would document EVERY incident you and your family have with this nutjob. The first time she threatens ANYTHING violent in any way call the police. You need to build up documentation with offical agencies(like police) to persue any action you might have to take to protect yourself and your family from your nutjob neighbor.
