A man was wearing a black dress and crossing the road. A black car was going on the road.its headlights were off.It was twelve a clock.The car was very near him . it could have hit him and an accident could have taken place.But he was saved........How? Well since you didn't specify if it was 12 o'clock AM or 12 o'clock PM and the mans wearing a black dress about to be hit by a black car but didn't......That only means that it hapened at night leading to an accident not occuring

The car COULD have hit him. So if he was saved obviously he ran out of the way in time or the car moved in a different direction. You are not a genius if you figure it out. It's just one question a genius would be able to answer. Yeah and he doesnt need the lights in daytime.

all the people here who say it was 12 noon may be the right but even if it was 12 at night, I guess both the driver and the pedestrian were not blind, so either the driver put a brake or the pedestrian jumped away.
