It is NEW.its got all the technology needed to play the games.It is ideal for games.I install it but when i try to play it, the computer resets.The same with google earth.

you may have to try the following.
1> scan for any virus or spy ware using the anti virus and adaware
2> right click on ur drive and select check system for any errors
3> go to programs,accessories,system tools, disk cleanup, select the drive this will remove the old files which take up ur Hard disk.
4> try to uninstall some softwares, remove those which have caused the defect after installation.
if all the above do not work
format the hard disk,,

well, if it is new, you should be able to call a hotline and they should be able to help analyze the problem for free.

it will be your graphics/RAM combination, update them.
