Ok I'm confused....you love a GIRL, but you don't have courage to talk to HIM? Is it a guy or a girl??? And how are you going to PROPOSE if you don't even TALK to this person? Please clear out your question and then I'll try and help you.

It depends on your age and how much money you want to spend to make the proposal elegant, fancy, fun, etc. For example, you might go to a basketball game and have your "Will You Marry Me" print on the electronic billboard there, but that costs money.

if u cant even talk to her, or dont even talk to her, shes not ur girlfriend....
or maybe ur one sided girlfriend... from ur side, that is, (in case u thought otherwise)
why dont u just talk casually at first...
declarations of love from someone she barely knows may scare her a little....
how can u be in love with somebody u dont talk to! do u even know her? or r u only in love with her face or the person u think she is?

bake a cake with the ring in it...its a diff process but im sure ull do it.....cut da cake with her and make sure shell get the special piece with da ring....oops how do u knw where da ring is???? wait a sec..use a metal ditector......k...last ...if shes choking...make sure u do mouth to mouth and help her!!!!
