I'm not going to post a recipe, but I'll tell you how to get the best crust and texture using a home oven:
Put a brick (or two) or a pizza stone on the oven floor (don't cover the holes). Heat the oven and just before you put your dough in the oven, spray the hot bricks with a lot of ice water. Put the dough in immediately while the oven is steaming. This technique makes a great loaf of bread.

Try this one...easy and no kneading!
Batter White Bread
1 package dry yeast
1 ½ c. warm water
2 tbsp Crisco shortening
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp salt
3 c. all purpose flour
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Mix Crisco, sugar, salt and 1 ½ c. flour in a large bowl. Add yeast, stirring constantly. Beat vigorously as you add the rest of the flour.
Cover with cloth and let double in bulk in a warm, but not hot place.
Do not punch but stir down. Spoon batter into 10 inch loaf pan and pat with floured hand to shape.
Let rise, covered, another 30 minutes. Bake 45 minutes at 375 degrees F.
Cool slightly and remove from pan. Loaf should have a ‘hollow’ sound when thumped on the bottom. Place loaf on rack and brush top with melted butter.

Hi! easy to bake bread at home.....
1. Dissolve yeast in warm water to which a little sugar has been added. If the yeast is properly "live," the mixture will foam.
2. To knead dough, push into it with the heel of your hand to stretch it away from you. Fold back the stretched portion, then give the dough a quarter turn. Repeat until the dough is smooth and elastic.
3. Let the dough rise, covered. in a warm, draft-free spot. When the dough is doubled in size and does not spring back when poked with your fingers, punch it down with your fist.
4. If making a conventional loaf, shape the dough into a rectangle whose width matches the Pan's length, then fold in the sides and place the loaf in the pan seam-side down. set aside to rise.

Simple Whole Wheat Bread
"Simply a great-tasting and easy-to-make whole wheat bread."
Original recipe yield: 3 loaves
PREP TIME 20 Min
COOK TIME 30 Min
READY IN 3 Hrs
INGREDIENTS
3 cups warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
2 (.25 ounce) packages active dry yeast
1/3 cup honey
5 cups bread flour
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1/3 cup honey
1 tablespoon salt
3 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
2 tablespoons butter, melted
DIRECTIONS
In a large bowl, mix warm water, yeast, and 1/3 cup honey. Add 5 cups white bread flour, and stir to combine. Let set for 30 minutes, or until big and bubbly.
Mix in 3 tablespoons melted butter, 1/3 cup honey, and salt. Stir in 2 cups whole wheat flour. Flour a flat surface and knead with whole wheat flour until not real sticky - just pulling away from the counter, but still sticky to touch. This may take an additional 2 to 4 cups of whole wheat flour. Place in a greased bowl, turning once to coat the surface of the dough. Cover with a dishtowel. Let rise in a warm place until doubled.
Punch down, and divide into 3 loaves. Place in greased 9 x 5 inch loaf pans, and allow to rise until dough has topped the pans by one inch.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 25 to 30 minutes; do not overbake. Lightly brush the tops of loaves with 2 tablespoons melted butter or margarine when done to prevent crust from getting hard. Cool completely
