Just diagnosed with Celiac disease but can't find anything relatively normal for breakfast to eat. (I'm also lactose-intolerant). So far, I have eggs, fruit, and a few special gluten-free cereals to choose from. Please help with any ideas or recipes! And, of course, the quicker the meal takes, the better! Thank you!

I like Pamela's Ultimate Baking and Pancake mix for pancakes. There also is a brand of waffles called Van's that makes a gluten-free Eggo type waffle.

Another Pamela's product I use all the time is Pamela's Wheat Free Bread mix for toast, etc. My family goes through at least two loaves of it a week.

Then there is always http://www.kinnikinnick.com . Gluten-free donuts, cinnamon rolls, muffins, etc. I don't eat like that very often at all, but keep a pan of their cinnamon rolls in my freezer for when the craving hits.

If you haven't been already, you should come visit http://www.glutenfreeforum.com . There are over 12 thousand registered members and more recipes and meal ideas than you can shake a stick at.

Hope that helps!
