non believers are forbidden to even look at the kaaba or hajj as they will polute it ( soora 9/1/28 )
but how come when the kaaba and hajj is all over the TV , newspapers and magazines , non muslims can not only see it but use the newspapers to even clean their dogs muck.

non beleiver means those who dont beleive in God not those who arent Muslim,. And that would eb very rude of someone to do such a horrible things with a picture of the Kaaba or any holy thing for that matter. Would you clean up your dos mess with a Cross or a satr of David, or a picture of Krishna
