Lift weights, buy a treadmill, do pushups, etc....
Going on a diet also helps. Try to cut low on things with lots of fats and oils, like chocolate, pizza, hamburgers, etc...

Ok... the best way to get in shape is to combine:
1) cardio-vascular training
2) resistance training
3) healthy diet
The resistance training will help you develop more muscle, which will help you burn more calories 24 hours a day. This is because muscle is very metabolically active, even at rest.
If you are trying to lose weight, you will have to eat fewer calories than you burn. Don't try to lose the weight too fast, that can be unhealthy and unpleasant. If you just burn 250 more calories a day than you consume, you will lose about 1/2 pound of fat per week...

there is a lot of think but eat good,workout,and more but do not sit an eat like a couch potato OK do not eat burgers Chinese food candy u can but remember to workout push ups run 2 miles do something
