Is DAB reception achievable inside a car uisng one of those small handheld DAB radios? I would connect it to my car stereo via the aux socket.

In car DAB reception is totally dependent on the DAB reception locally. I have a JVC DAB CD/tuner connected to my car radio aerial using an Autoleads adaptor. Most of the time reception is very good but it disappears in some areas. Its not too good in central London where surrounded by tall buildings but up and down the motorways it works really well. My only concern with you using a personal radio is what aerial you will use as I believe they use the headphone wires for this. You may be better to get one of the dedicated in car add on systems.

i've got by no skill lived everywhere with good DAB reception, in spite of having a very gorgeous radio. I at the instant stay in Cambridge. i'm close to the airport and there is lots of remarkable sciency places. The radio reception on the two FM and digital looks fairly undesirable here, so I hear to the radio by way of my television and on line.
