Hi,
1) MNC - If a company has presence across the globe then it is called as a MNC ( Multi National Company)..Ideally it should have multiple etnicities working across its branhces..

2) CMM - means Capability maturity model it is to evaluate whether a I.T firm is following the defined processes or not. There are 5 levels in this CMM-1 to CMM-5.CMM-5 is the highest grade that can be given to a software firm.CMM is measuring criterian that is specific to only I.T companies.

3) ISO - Means International Standards Organization. This certificate can be obtained by any industry i.e non I.T companies also can go for this certification. This also measures whether a certain company is following all the defined procedures or not.

There is one major differance between CMM and ISO. Once CMM is achieved it is upto a firm to go for revaluation.

Coming to ISO - Company has to undergo the process every year...

These are not comparable parameters, nor can u judge based on any one of these.
MNC : Multi National Company
CMM : Capability Maturity Model(SEI-CMM Levels)One type of certification of a organization which is based on defects per million.
ISO : Internation Standard.
Try understanding these standardizations, from the Net and you would realize, this question is irrelevant.
Also, remember, even without any certification and sigma level, an organization can be good.
