how do you import several files to iTunes?

i tried highlighting and CTRL but it wont work.

●Open iTunes
●Click 'File' On the MenuBar
●Select 'ADD FILES TO LIBRARY'
Click on the file to add them. To select multiple files, click on the files while holding the 'CTRL' Key, without releasing.

To import a folder,
●Click 'File' On the MenuBar
●Select 'ADD FOLDER TO LIBRARY'
You're done.

go to files, then import folder to libary and pick a folder
