He said it before and it shouldnt be any different now. Maybe it's the bad mood. Be patient and see if he says it again. If not, try to create a situation where you can jokingly say I love you and see what happens. I don't know what the guy above is trying to sell you.

as u said,he is in a bad mood.the fact that he didn't say i luv u back means PERHAPS that he's mad at u about something,but that's not 4 sure...did u do something wrong lately??if not,then he's in a bad mood 4 something else.....u should check this out with him but i personally think it's not that important

he basically changed the whole subject. Lil Wayne is music. what does music have to do with i love you. try to let him cool off from being mad and try talking to him... that would kinda be weird for me if my man did that id slap him.
