It's wrong written, maybe someone used an online translator to make the phrase.

The good way of writing it should be:
"Pensé que podría hacer que me quiera. Lo siento."
"I thought that I could make him love me. I'm sorry."

the second phrase has no sense. it could be
"ya me he acostumbrado a que le moleste" = "I'm already customary to it bother him"

The person who wrote that doesn't speak Spanish. The sentence doesn't make sense, i guess it goes like:

I thought that I would make him(her) love me. I'm sorry. what follows doesn't make any sense.

Better ask your friend to speak another language

It looks like Spanish written by a non-native speaker because the construction of both sentenses is grammatically incorrect. In the first bit, he/she is trying to say, "I thought I could make him/her/you love me. I'm sorry."

I think that the person who wrote that is not a Spanish speaker.
Well that's what I understand 'bout the phrase: "I thought I could make you love me. I'm sorry. I'm used to bother you. "
I hope this helps you.
