He is neither a soldier nor a sniper; he is not even a single person; this "Juba" is a compilation of separate insurgents that take puck shots at US and Iraqi soldiers.
"Juba" is nothing more than an urban legend made by the insurgency PR machine to intimidate our guys overseas; it doesn't work. It only emboldens out troops to find these "snipers" and give them a 1 way ticket to hell on a greased pole.
