THANKS ,I WILL BE VERY HAPPY IF YOU GIVE THOSE GIFTS FOR POOR CHILDREN.CHARITY IS HAPPINESS.

etiquette says , you must be thankful ,and do not show that you do not appreciate it .......thank the person who gave it to you , people try to please you and may not know what you like?
just smile and say thank you , you may hurt someones feelings .otherwise ......i always find something nice to say , whether i like it or not ,
received some # parfum # i really dislike ...but i made a little show , spraying myself with it , the bottle is beautiful .......
what can you do or say ?
just be glad ,someone was thoughtful enough to think of you :-)

Accept it graciously followed by a thank you.
Whatever you do with it afterwards, is up to you. Donate it, give it to someone who would love it, exchange it, bring it to your office "white elephant" gift exchange next year, let your dog chew it, freecycle it, I can go on . . .

Accept it and thank the person. you can deal with the gift later on when they're gone. if you can't find anyone that will like it, then give it away to charity.

Put it away somewhere... if it's utilitarian, just use it! This is, of course, assuming you didn't get a gift receipt or anything.

Thank the person that gave it to you. Then either go take it back, throw it away, or give it away.

Recycle! Give it to someone else, i do that everytime except when it has a sentimental value to me.
