NO YOU ARE NOT NUTS I THINK CRYING IS A GOOD WAY TO EXPRESS YOURSELF AND TO LET EVERYTHING OUT HELPS YOU IF YOU DID NOT CRY THAT MEANS YOU ARE ALWAYS HOLDING THINGS IN AND THAT IS NOT GOOD BELIEVE ME YOU ARE NOT THE ONLY ONE OUT THERE WHO CRIES HAPPY NEW YEAR

if this is a serious question you might just be an emotional person. if you cry for no reason or at something that should not make you cry you could be depressed. maybe you talk to yourself because your bored or have noone else to talk to. some people just talk to themselves-just don't start answering yourself. and no your not nuts your human-look at all we have to deal with. but seriously if the crying thing persist for more than a couple of weeks i'd go to the doctor and ask about an antidepressant

Honestly, it's okay to cry.

The reasons are usually unknown but later on, you'll find out why you did

Maybe you remember something that made you cry or maybe there are problems within you that you can't find a solution

No, you are not nuts

Talking to one's self is the way humans finf comfort. You find talking to yourself comfortable, am I right?

You see, there are instances where only you could find comfort within yourself rather than confiding with other people.

Take note that only YOU could surpass your problems...Therefore, it's like introspection...You analyze what you're feeling in order to overcome depression

Dont worry. A lot of people dont have friends to talk with, so they talk with themselves..

Its ok for a lil time, but if you feel that you are under prolonged stress, try seeking help from a professional councellor, and importantly, find a good friend and concentrate on your duties. Dont give extra priority to sadeness..

They only way to seek out solution is to stop personalizing sadeness...

No you are not nuts. Sometime it is better to cry then take it out on someone else. When you talk to yourself, why not talk to God. Tell it to him. He is the best one to tell it to.

If you think you're nuts, chances are you're not....you are depressed, and you are thinking out loud, like we all do....something is overwhelming you and you need to confide in someone and talk it out...now here, where there are strangers to embrace you, you just might feel better if you let it out and reach out to someone who has 'been where you are'....you are just frustrated, and that is why you talk out loud...and upset...Darling, you are going to be fine, you have friends here that would love to help you...I always tell people to pray to Father God through His Glorius Son, Jesus, for help and strength to carry on, and you would be amazed at how much better you would feel. acctually its half the world that does so but they dont tell it that openly...
it means that something is missing in ur life something is not just correct... may b u wanted to tell something or confess something to some one but u never did.ur consious is reminding u that soemthing is mesing...something that u wanted to do but didnt hav the corage then....

calm urself with a good lafter tharepy(not artificial ..natureal)..then sit in a well ventilated place like tareecs ..see the stars..relax n then think abt it...may b ur past ur childhood hoolds the answer...

I think you are depresses
Many times people are depressed and they don't even know why
just try to talk to someone you really trust and tell that person why you think you are feeling like that
