my honor , love and respect will always remain for christians for putting their lives at risk for helping millions of poor people in the 3rd world.
they help people regardless of their race, religion, social status or color.

Yes, they do, but everyone that helps third world countries, are representing the true image of Jesus Christ and God, the Father, whether they want to admit it or not. And thank you for putting up this question!! God bless you my friend, Juanita

If Christians were the only people who did these things...yes, but they are not, my honor love and respect goes out to all people of all faiths who help out around the world, and in their own country. Christians don't have the charity market cornered.

Yes. They are doing the works of Jesus.
I know several missionaries who have told me some of their stories of ministering to the 3rd world countries.
What it comes down to is that there is so much that needs to be done, alot of places - the main thing that is needed is fresh water. They try to install water purification systems to as many homes as they can.
Money is very much needed to pay for food, water purification systems, clothes, medicine...
Anyone reading this - donate money to ministery causes when you can because every cent helps.
You may even be able to deduct your donations on your tax form.

Those that are responsible for the millions of death of the inquisition. Those that encouraged slavery. Those that organized the crusades, those that destroyed ancient civilizations in the Americas... All that in the name of God...
