Well doesn't mean he necessarily likes you. Most men are just 'too friendly' at times and give girls the wrong impression. If he likes you, then you should NOT make the move but show some interest by smiling, engaging in his conversations. Like when he said "there she goes" that was your chance of speaking to him, say "yeah here I go again, don't you love seeing me haha"...just anything to start up a conversation. Next time he says something engage in it. But do NOT show him you're too interested because as we all know men are so weird. Once they find out you like them they get heavy headed and conceited :) good luck.

Some boys have this tendency. They behave the same with all girls. Now what you have to do is, observe him. His behavior. whether his attitude is same with other girls too. If yes, then he is just flirting around. If no, then he must be interested in you. You can wait and watch and observe him for some more time. You will come to know soon what is the fact.

He's probably trying to keep himself awake and entertained. Creating any form of humour or distration probably helps him get through his day... at this point, i would say no. Also, flirting at work, even if your taken/not is another way to keep yourself entertained to stay awake
