Recipe for a Korean cake??

I'm like looking for the ingredients on making a korean cake and I just can't figure out how to make the bread not too sweet..?? If you can, can you please give me the recipe and each step for what I should do...its my dads birthday and I really wanna make one..so yeah!!
It would be really helpful if you are korean...

The cake is called 'saeng cream cakes'. It is basically a cake with very light cream topped with fruits. Its not too sweet, but it is a very refreshing cake.
