It means we can't use a hose/sprinkler to water the garden or wash the car . It is allowable to use a bucket to wash the car and water the garden. I go to the car wash and thankfully I don't have a garden to maintain but the grass in my garden is loving the rain and so are the trees!

*wash car with bucket.
*only water garden on 2 days a week (wednsday n sunday, only early morning or night)
