A man and his young wife were in divorce court, but the custody of their children posed a problem.

The mother leaped to her feet and protested to the judge that since she brought the children into this world, she should retain custody of them.

The man also wanted custody of his children, so the judge asked for his justification.

After a long silence, the man slowly rose from his chair and replied...

"Your Honor, when I put a dollar in a vending machine and a Coke comes out, does the Coke belong to me or the machine?"

its a good joke..but it has its own moral....marriage is so sacred that even the judge cannot decide. The judge has no options, so he throws the ball into the parents court. thanks buddy...it definitely teaches something

Thanks for the joke but seriously a woman's pains to bring a child into the world can't be compared to a machine.......and if the man compares his wife with a machine then tomorrow he'll compare feeding his child to feeding computer data and maintenance of child to maintenance of car and so on. The wife is intelligent to be divorcing a husband like him.........as for the child.......you decide wheteher he'd rather be with a human being ( mother) or an engineer(pun intended).
