Do you mean CAL676/CI676 which crashed in a residential area near Chiang Kai Shek with the loss of 196 on February 16th 1998?

No such thing, as China Airlines 2 letter abbreivation is CI. More clarification please?

Air China is CA, and 976 is a flight from Singapore to Beijing.

so whats the deal.. did it crash or something? I flew them although they had some bad bang ups in tai pei but well other than them not knowing what ice water was i had no complaints..they would bring me water no ice or ice no water..lol
