If the bride and bridegroom belong to different caste then its called intercaste marriage. In arranged marriage the bride and groom should be of the same caste.

For a given condition, Intercaste marriages have more attraction, more love, more spice, more variety. If you are in love with an intercaste opposite sex, go ahead and marry, you will not regret it. Of course you must study the personality and character, these traits are the same for all humans.
