Sit down and talk with the mother about how you feel. Share your thoughts with her. Offer support in ideas of how to deal with the child. If all else fails take matters into your own hands for the sake of your belongings and home.

I am a single mother and do not always decipline my children the best ways. (they are older) but I do try my best, and when my LT bf steps in to help me as a father figure I appreciate it very much.

Somebody in the family / house have to play a role to maintain the discipline of the children, otherwise, nobody will respect anybody. Now the children may not respect the parent, when they grow up and become an adult, they will not respect the community and get themself entangle with the law. As such, somebody have to do it before it gets out of hand.

if her neglect or abuse or abandonment is harmful to the child's health or education ect then u can call child services division and you will remain anonymous and the CSD will see if its a drug operation and will get a court to order her to either parenting school or confiscate the children unless they find drugs they probably will just send her to school
