i went out with my ex bf of 3years and he broke up with me 3 months ago. He has a new gf now... could he really be over me now?

Yes. He might have been over you while you were still together, if you are with someone that long it's hard to find a way to get out. He had to completely be over you to just break up with you. He may have been having doubts, but he loved you too much to just dump you after 3 years. This break up took much thought and consideration.
I'm sorry but he IS over you, hun.
It's probably for the best though.

She's the rebound, don't sweat it. Just try to move on with your life as if he doesn't exsist. Don't call him, erase his number, take him off your buddy list or myspace. It takes a good year to finally get over someone you were with for a long time. It's going to take him going to the mall with his friends and his friend saying, hey whatever happened to *insert your name here*? and he can honestly say he doesnt know. Until then, you're at risk of getting back together for the next year. I swear. If he calls or talks to you just ignore him, he hurt you, and isn't worth your time. The girl is just a rebound and no respectable woman will get with a guy who just got out of a long term relationship expecting it to go anywhere.

That's a pretty big sign that he is over you or at least attempting to get over you. Move on, girl! Find a new man that will respect you!

sadly, this is probably a sign he's on his way to get over you...sometimes that's not the case, but be open for a new relationship with a good guy, and hey if that guy is worth it he might come around later, but don't waste your time waiting.
