It is because they really don't want anybody's honest opinon; all they want is for you to affirm their opinion and when you don't they get mad and want to retaliate. These people are not worth your time and attention. If they are abusive report them then ignore them. To respond to them only fuel the fire.

because they think that they can handle people opinions but when they read something someone typed they can't handle it in a mature fashion and just try to get back at that person by answering their question in a immature way.

because they think they can handel the truth and they only want to read the answers that they wanted it! but when someone really tells it how it is and dosent lie they get all butthurt.
