I work at a job that involves partners. The team would be in a small room for a 12 hour shift. My cousin wants to apply. We are pretty close...is this a good idea???

its depend, what type of freinds u are, bcoz if he/she joins they may know ur weaknesess and +point too.. decides it

Nope, not a good idea, especially if she's often critical and mean to you. Find somebody else. Someone that you think you might want to spend 12 hours a day with in close quarters like that...guaranteed even the saintliest of persons can be a pain after 12 hrs with them in a small space...someone that is mean like your cousin - no way!

No way! I was in a similar situation and it was a nightmare. I got my cousin a job where i work and she turned out to be lazy and acted like she didn't even care about the job. And that made me look bad because i recommended her to my bosses. I wouldn't do it again. Sorry.

If you got along really well and usually agreed on things, I would say "sure". But since she is critical of you and mean to you, absolutely "not".

does not sound like a good idea to me .but if i were you id let nature take it course and see what happens, if your cousin is as difficult as you think they won't last.
