For a job application should someone fill out the federal government if they were in the military? Another section has for military but not sure if I should put it twice.

If your job application lists military service, fill the out. If they later request employment history, you would list your military service.

From what I can gather from your question , and if you were in the military then fill out that part. It really depends what questions they are asking.
